Products, pricing, and orders
We make reasonable efforts to describe products, colors, sizes, pricing, availability, and personalization options accurately. Product appearance may vary by screen, material, production run, or supplied artwork. Prices are shown before applicable sales tax; taxes are calculated and added at checkout.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order because of availability, pricing or listing errors, artwork or personalization issues, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Customer responsibilities and custom artwork
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of submitted names, numbers, sizes, addresses, and artwork. Customers must have the right to use artwork, logos, names, trademarks, and other materials they submit. By submitting artwork or other content, the customer grants Beast Prints permission to use it as needed to produce and fulfill the order.
Personalized, custom, and made-to-order products are generally not eligible for refunds or returns. If such an item is defective or made incorrectly by Beast Prints, we will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Intellectual property
Beast Prints’ website content, branding, designs, photographs, text, and software are owned by or licensed to Beast Prints and may not be copied, modified, or used commercially without permission.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Beast Prints will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site or an order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, unless applicable law requires another forum.
